Founded in 2020 by three young business analysts, Young Business Analysts (YBA) is a volunteer-led, non-profit community for under-35s.
We create space for young professionals across the globe to share experiences, learn new skills and explore the full breadth of business analysis, from practical tools to industry insights and opportunities.
We empower the next generation of business analysts with confidence, capability and community. We welcome anyone developing their business analysis skills – whether you’re working in a BA role, completing an apprenticeship or studying a BA-related course.
